WREck the Night is the WRE Dads Club's signature event. This year, we again have the privilege of hosting the event on April 5, 2025, at the White Rock Elementary playground Get ready for bounce-houses, obstacle courses, a rock wall, gaga ball, sports, music, dancing, and more. We'll cap off the night with popcorn and a movie on the WRE playground!

Registration

To register, on or before Wednesday, April 2, 2025, you must fill out and sign the Consent and Waiver form online. Cost is $150 for a Dad/guardian and one child, and an $25 for each additional child.

When: Saturday, April 5th 2 p.m. until 10 p.m.

Check-in begins on Saturday, April 5 at 1:00 p.m. and will close at 3:30 p.m. The check-in tables will be located at the playground gate near the cafeteria at the back of the school. The event ends after the movie on Saturday night (around 10:00 p.m.). Please contact whiterockdads@gmail.com if you need to make arrangements for a late check-in due to a pre-existing conflict.

Tents (Optional)

Feel free to set up a 10x10 "Gameday style" tent and camping chairs near the cluster of trees along the back fence between the cooking trailer and baseball diamond where the movie will be played.

Security

At check-in, each child and chaperone will receive wristbands with unique identifiers that must be worn at all times. An off-duty Dallas Police Department officer will be working security for the duration of the event; however, each parent/chaperone is responsible for their child.

Food

Burgers, hot dogs, chips, dessert, and water will be served starting at 6:00 p.m. Drinks will be served during, dinner but please bring a personal cooler with drinks for your kids throughout the day if desired.

What to Bring and Not to Bring

DO: 10x10 Gameday tent, cooler, drinks, camping chairs, flashlight/headlamp, water, snacks, balls, washer boards, etc.

DON’T: Alcohol, flammable items, glass.
